Vendor Bid List

The City of Tyler accepts bids and/or proposals for projects, services, and/or supplies in the Purchasing Office, 304 N Border Ave. ATTN: Purchasing Manager, until 2 p.m. on specified sealed bid opening dates.

They are publicly opened by City Staff in the City Council Chambers, 212 N. Bonner Ave., unless special arrangements have been previously approved. All interested persons may attend.

If you would like your company's name to be placed on the official City of Tyler Vendor/Bid List, you must complete and submit a Vendor Application Form. It can be submitted in person, by fax or by mail.

Call (903) 531-1323 to set appointments to view items and pickup.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8a.m. to 4 p.m.

To pick up a won item, bring the following:

  • Copy of invoice
  • Valid driver's license
  • Third Party Release Letter (if bidder is sending a representative)
  • Equipment necessary to remove won items (truck and trailer, wrecker, etc.)

Auction items range from retired City vehicles/equipment, vehicles and other property seized by the Tyler Police Department and more. Miscellaneous surplus items (i.e. furniture, office supplies, etc.) also frequent in our auctions.
