All contractors who wish to work on projects within the City of Tyler limits or bid on Capital Improvement Projects must be approved annually. 

The following form must be completed and sent to Dana LeBrun at approvedcontractorslist@tylertexas.com.

Contractor Qualification Statement and Application

Failure to fill out this application in full, with all requested documentation, will result in us sending the application back for revisions, or disqualification/removal of the contractor's application.
