Office Hours: Monday through Friday | 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Closed for federal holidays)
In order to give each client the best experience reservations, tours, and event logistic meetings are available by appointment only. We do not provide tours on weekends or during booked events.

Rental Hours: Daily | 8 a.m. - Midnight (Hours may vary depending on events already booked, however additional hours are available for a fee. We do not accept bookings on federal holidays.)

- Tyler Municipal Rose Garden (Outdoors)
- Daily | Sunrise to Sunset
- Rose Garden Center (Indoors)
- Monday - Friday | 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Saturday | 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Sunday | 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
- W.T. Brookshire Conference Center & the Mayfair Building are closed to the public except during public events and by appointment. These buildings are closed to the public during private events.
