Support Library Programs

The Friends of the Tyler Public Library is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the Tyler Public Library by providing funds and programs that would not otherwise be possible. Learn more about the Friends and how you can support Library programs!

The Friends have been able to provide a variety of enhancements to the library including:

Enhanced children's story time activities & supplies
Special speakers & performers
3D printer & supplies
Reading programs & prizes
Public copiers - includes free scan to USB service
Seed library upkeep
Programming supplies
And so much more!

Take a walk through "The Mitten" by Jan Brett Storywalk™ Dec. 14 - Jan. 15 during normal library hours. Children can read the classic storybook during this interactive story event! Geared for Age 2 to Grade 2.

The StoryWalk™ Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Vermont Bicycle & Pedestrian Coalition (VBPC) and the Kellogg Hubbard Library.
