Tai Chi

Tai Chi is every Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in the 3rd-floor Makerspace. This program is free and open to anyone interested in doing Tai Chi. There will occasionally be some days that Tai Chi will be in the large patio outside the library. Signs will be placed near the front in the event that Tai Chi will be outside. All you need to do is sign a health waiver to get started.

Come ready to move, breathe, and find your inner balance. Tai Chi is good for health, meditation, and is a form of martial arts.
