Support Library Programs

The Friends of the Tyler Public Library is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the Tyler Public Library by providing funds and programs that would not otherwise be possible. Learn more about the Friends and how you can support Library programs!

The Friends have been able to provide a variety of enhancements to the library including:

  • Enhanced children's story time activities & supplies
  • Special speakers & performers
  • 3D printer & supplies
  • Reading programs & prizes
  • Public copiers - includes free scan to USB service
  • Seed library upkeep
  • Programming supplies
  • And so much more!

For children Grades Kindergarten through Grade 12. Auditorium (First Floor).

Children in Grades Kindergarten through Grade 12 are invited to join Master Gardener Elizabeth Waldrop to learn about butterflies, what plants they like, and how to attract butterflies to your own backyard.
