Support Library Programs

The Friends of the Tyler Public Library is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the Tyler Public Library by providing funds and programs that would not otherwise be possible. Learn more about the Friends and how you can support Library programs!

The Friends have been able to provide a variety of enhancements to the library including:

  • Enhanced children's story time activities & supplies
  • Special speakers & performers
  • 3D printer & supplies
  • Reading programs & prizes
  • Public copiers - includes free scan to USB service
  • Seed library upkeep
  • Programming supplies
  • And so much more!

Wellness Wednesdays

Adult Programming Wellness Wednesday

 

Anjelica Bravo from Altra Federal Credit Union will present information for how to spot identity theft and keep your information safe. Participants will be entered into a drawing for a gift card giveaway.

 

 Our new program, Wellness Wednesdays, aims to help you meet your wellness and health goals and learn new things about taking care of your most important resource: Your own body! Wellness Wednesdays meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month at 10:30 a.m. in the third-floor Makerspace.
