Support Library Programs

The Friends of the Tyler Public Library is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the Tyler Public Library by providing funds and programs that would not otherwise be possible. Learn more about the Friends and how you can support Library programs!

The Friends have been able to provide a variety of enhancements to the library including:

  • Enhanced children's story time activities & supplies
  • Special speakers & performers
  • 3D printer & supplies
  • Reading programs & prizes
  • Public copiers - includes free scan to USB service
  • Seed library upkeep
  • Programming supplies
  • And so much more!

Special Storytime: Stuffie Sleepover

For children ages 2 to Grade 2. Auditorium (First Floor).

Children may bring a stuffed animal friend to storytime to tuck in to sleep over at the Library. Stuffies and details of their library sleepover adventure will be ready the next day for pickup at the front desk. Pajamas are encouraged for children and parents/caregivers.
