Support Library Programs

The Friends of the Tyler Public Library is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the Tyler Public Library by providing funds and programs that would not otherwise be possible. Learn more about the Friends and how you can support Library programs!

The Friends have been able to provide a variety of enhancements to the library including:

  • Enhanced children's story time activities & supplies
  • Special speakers & performers
  • 3D printer & supplies
  • Reading programs & prizes
  • Public copiers - includes free scan to USB service
  • Seed library upkeep
  • Programming supplies
  • And so much more!

Club Read

Club Read is our ongoing book club here at the Tyler Library, where book lovers of all sorts can meet up and discuss a book! On the last Tuesday of the month at 10 a.m., bibliophiles assemble in the Third-Floor Makerspace to discuss one book each month.
