Support Library Programs

The Friends of the Tyler Public Library is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the Tyler Public Library by providing funds and programs that would not otherwise be possible. Learn more about the Friends and how you can support Library programs!

The Friends have been able to provide a variety of enhancements to the library including:

  • Enhanced children's story time activities & supplies
  • Special speakers & performers
  • 3D printer & supplies
  • Reading programs & prizes
  • Public copiers - includes free scan to USB service
  • Seed library upkeep
  • Programming supplies
  • And so much more!

Try It Tuesday: Book Folding Christmas Tree

PROGRAM FULL

PROGRAM IS FULL: Dec 5th: Every month, we invite our patrons to join us in the Makerspace as we break down our comfort zones, try unfamiliar things, and discover new hobbies! On December 5th, Claire Kelley will show us how to construct Christmas trees by folding pages in old books. We hope to see you there!
