Support Library Programs

The Friends of the Tyler Public Library is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the Tyler Public Library by providing funds and programs that would not otherwise be possible. Learn more about the Friends and how you can support Library programs!

The Friends have been able to provide a variety of enhancements to the library including:

  • Enhanced children's story time activities & supplies
  • Special speakers & performers
  • 3D printer & supplies
  • Reading programs & prizes
  • Public copiers - includes free scan to USB service
  • Seed library upkeep
  • Programming supplies
  • And so much more!

Homeschool Libratory 2-day event

Geared for school age children and teens. "3D Printing pt. 2." Auditorium (First Floor).

Spark! PK-12 Engineering Education Outreach group with Texas A&M will be at the library to teach school age children and teens about 3D Printing!  Space is limited.  This is a 2-day event. Registering for day one also signs you up for day two.  Click here to register.
