Support Library Programs

The Friends of the Tyler Public Library is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the Tyler Public Library by providing funds and programs that would not otherwise be possible. Learn more about the Friends and how you can support Library programs!

The Friends have been able to provide a variety of enhancements to the library including:

Enhanced children's story time activities & supplies
Special speakers & performers
3D printer & supplies
Reading programs & prizes
Public copiers - includes free scan to USB service
Seed library upkeep
Programming supplies
And so much more!

Tweens and teens will learn how to quilt by hand over four sessions. Supplies will be provided and each participant will get to keep their project. Join our Quilting Group instructors in Makerspace on Friday September 8, 22, 29 and October 6 from 3:30-5:30. Only ten spots are available. Click here to register.
