Support Library Programs

The Friends of the Tyler Public Library is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the Tyler Public Library by providing funds and programs that would not otherwise be possible. Learn more about the Friends and how you can support Library programs!

The Friends have been able to provide a variety of enhancements to the library including:

Enhanced children's story time activities & supplies
Special speakers & performers
3D printer & supplies
Reading programs & prizes
Public copiers - includes free scan to USB service
Seed library upkeep
Programming supplies
And so much more!

Volunteer Tracy Walker will be teaching ASL classes on Saturdays at 10 a.m. for families. Sign up is required.

Please only sign up for one series of classes. This class will build over time. The instructor will recap each week and work with everyone to ensure everyone is keeping up.
