Support Library Programs

The Friends of the Tyler Public Library is a 501(c)3 all-volunteer organization dedicated to supporting the Tyler Public Library by providing funds and programs that would not otherwise be possible. Learn more about the Friends and how you can support Library programs!

The Friends have been able to provide a variety of enhancements to the library including:

  • Enhanced children's story time activities & supplies
  • Special speakers & performers
  • 3D printer & supplies
  • Reading programs & prizes
  • Public copiers - includes free scan to USB service
  • Seed library upkeep
  • Programming supplies
  • And so much more!

1. Call meeting to order.

2. Conduct a roll call, establish a quorum, and explain rules of decorum.

3. Consider approval of minutes from previous board meeting held on June 1, 2022.

4. Present, discuss, and receive public input regarding the results of the Tyler Public Library Staff’s evaluation of the Periodical Collection of the Tyler Public Library.

5. Present and discuss updates from Summer Reading Program.

6. Adjourn.
