V20-009 KIRKSEY KEVAN REID AND KATIE LEE (2918 SUNNYBROOK DRIVE)
The application of Kirksey Kevan Reid and Katie Lee, owners of Lot 10A of NCB 849, one lot totaling approximately 0.41 acres of land located north of the northeast intersection of Sunnybrook Drive and Fair Lane. The property is currently zoned “R-1A”, Single-Family Residential District. The applicant is requesting a variance to Tyler City Code Section 10-23, “Dimensional Standards”, which specifies that “R-1A” zoning has a minimum side setback of seven and a half feet. The applicant is requesting a variance of the side setback by four and a half feet in order to allow for a minimum side setback of three feet.
