VARIANCE ITEMS:

1. V25-015 TYLER FAMILY CIRCLE OF CARE (928 NORTH GLENWOOD BOULEVARD)
The application of Tyler Family Circle of Care, owner of Lot 8 of NCB 669-O, one lot totaling approximately 3.42 acres of land located south of the southwest intersection of West Queen Street and North Glenwood Boulevard (928 North Glennwood Boulevard). The property is currently zoned “C-2”, General Commercial District.

The applicant is requesting a variance to the Tyler Code of Ordinances Section 10-389 “Drive- Through Stacking Requirements”, Service points and stacking lanes on lots abutting RE, R-1A, R-1B, R-1C, R-1D, R-2, PUR, and PXR zoning districts must be set back at least 80 feet and landscaped in accordance with the “B” buffer yard standards of Sec. 10-322.

The applicant is requesting a variance of 30 feet to allow for the construction of a pharmacy drive-through and the associated covered canopy at least 50 feet from the property line.
