VARIANCE ITEM:
V23-012 C AND M BUSINESS MANAGEMENT LLC (1907 NORTH GLENWOOD BOULEVARD)
The application of C and M Business Management LLC, owner of Lot 6A of NCB 669-R, one lot totaling approximately 0.28 acres of land located south of the southeast intersection of West M. L. King Jr. Boulevard and North Glenwood Boulevard. The property is currently zoned “R-1B”, Single-Family Residential District.
The applicant is requesting a variance to Tyler City Code Section 10-23, “Dimensional Standards for Residential Districts” which stipulates that properties zoned “R-1B” maintain a rear yard setback of at least 25 feet.
The applicant is requesting a variance of nine feet to allow a rear yard setback of 16 feet to construct a single-family home.
