V25-016&nbsp; SUMMIT HOMES LLC (1743 CENTENNIAL PARKWAY)<br>The application of Summit Homes LLC, owner of Lot 1 of NCB 1141-B, one lot totaling approximately 1.36 acres of land located east of the intersection of Centennial Parkway and Skidmore Lane (1743 Centennial Parkway). The property is currently zoned R-MF, Multi-Family Residential District.<br><br>The applicant is requesting a variance from Tyler Code of Ordinances Section 10-23 “Dimensional Standards for Residential Districts,” which requires a setback of at least 25 feet from the property line for the front and side yards.<br><br>The applicant is requesting a variance of 2 feet and 2 inches from the front property line to allow for a front yard setback of 22 feet and 10 inches. Also, a variance of 15 feet from the side property line to allow for a side yard setback of ten feet.<br><br><br>VI.
