Join us for Library Happy Hour! This new, free event is in association with the Hit the Bricks event promoting local businesses in downtown Tyler. From 11:00-12:00 pm on July 12^th, the library will have goodie bags, activities, tours, a scavenger hunt, and prizes. We will also have a free one-year membership raffle to the library for one Smith County family or patron that live outside the Tyler city limits. Kona Ice will be here from 11-3:00 that day and will generously give 15% of the proceeds to the library.
