The property is currently zoned “R-1A”, Single-Family Residential District.&nbsp;<br><br>The applicant is requesting a variance to Tyler City Code Section 10-92.d, “Sideyards”, which specifies that an unenclosed patio canopy may not project into the required side yard not less than five feet from any side lot line.&nbsp;<br><br>The applicant is requesting a variance of one foot in the side yard to allow for a patio canopy to be placed four feet from the side property line.&nbsp;<br><br><br>VI.
