There is the possibility that a quorum of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be present at a virtual meeting test on Microsoft Teams, April 6, 2020 between 1:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., located in Tyler, Texas. The purpose of the test is to ensure that all members of the Planning and Zoning Commission are able to utilize the teleconference program in preparation for future meetings.
Although some City-related items may be discussed, no action items will be considered by the Commission and no official action by the Commission is scheduled to be taken during this event.
