Discuss and consider recommendation to the Tyler City Council regarding adoption of an ordinance amending Tyler City Code Chapter 6, amending the 2021 Editions of the International Building Code, International Mechanical Code, International Fire Code and International Residential Code by updating and amending provisions related to refrigerants and heating and cooling equipment, including flammable gas, occupancy and storage requirements, household and electrical appliances and boilers and water heaters.
