VARIANCE ITEM:

V23-013 C & C PROPERTY HOLDINGS LLC (1310 WEST CUMBERLAND ROAD)
The application of C&C Property Holdings LLC, owner of Lot 15 of NCB 1138, one lot totaling approximately 1.45 acres of land located east of the southeast intersection of West Cumberland Road and Cherryhill Drive. The property is currently zoned “RPO”, Restricted Professional Office District. 

The applicant is requesting a variance to Tyler City Code Section 10-409, “Sign Standards in Nonresidential Districts” which specifies that wall signs in “RPO” zoning must not exceed 16 square feet in area. 

The applicant is requesting a variance of 34.38 square feet in order to allow a wall sign of 50.38 square feet in area.
