II. Consider approval of Minutes of Board Meeting held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021.
III. ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION:
21-09-01 Request that the Half Cent Sales Tax Board consider authorizing funds for an engineering contract with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. for the 2020 Highway Safety Improvement Program Projects in the amount of $341,800.
21-09-02 Request that the Half Cent Sales Tax Board approve funds for ROW Participation for the development and construction of the state highway system with the Texas Department of Transportation in the amount of $97,677.00.
21-09-03 Request that the Half Cent Sales Tax Board consider funding the local share of Work Order No. 7 to KSA Engineers, Inc. to provide engineering services for the rehabilitation of Taxiway Alpha for an amount of $20,568 and total completion time of 18 weeks.
21-09-04 Request that the Half Cent Sales Tax Board consider authorizing the release of final retainage in the amount of $17,807.00 to Solid Bridge Construction LLC for the Storm Sewer Repair at 3521 South Broadway project.
21-09-05 Request that the Half Cent Sales Tax Board consider authorizing funds for a Personal Services Contract with Charles H. Samson, III for design and project management of City of Tyler capital improvement projects in the amount of $50,000.
